Yesterday was such a nice day!
After church we decided to get out and enjoy
the beautiful-ness.
We headed to the temple quarry trail
and it was absolute perfection.
It's an out and back kind of hike.
On the way out, it was a little warm.
On the way back, some storm clouds rolled in
with a cool breeze and even a few raindrops.
It was fabulous!
We were lucky enough to see this little gem.
I walked right passed it, but Kennedy
with her keen eye totally spotted him.
She immediately named him Steve
and he was the highlight of our hike.
We stopped at the end to enjoy our surroundings
and the kids did what they enjoy doing most on hikes
and that is climbing rocks.
Earlier in the week we were lucky enough
to go to dinner with one of our favorite families.
Cousins are the best and
we loved spending time with them at Red Robin.
Kennedy and I had a girls night out on Friday night.
Sure love this sugar girl of mine!
She is always teaching me facts about animals and
she is such a delight to be around.
It's been a good week!
