Highs and Lows

So this last week has been spring break for Kennedy. The first few days weren't the best weather wise, so we spent time indoors and got caught up on some Red Box movies. Later in the week after the weather decided to be nice and let us come out to play, we met some friends at the park for lunch, we visited the Wildlife Museum, went to Alice in Wonderland, spent more time at the park and went swimming at the Washington County Community Center. It's been a fun week.

Something funny happened to us on Sunday, something that has NEVER happened to us before. Rob and I totally spaced that it was Daylight Savings weekend! So when the kids and I showed up at church for Sacrament Meeting, we quickly realized that it was almost over...I had to chuckle a little. So not like us, but there's a first time for everything.

And now, today, the last day of Spring break and we all have head colds...so not fun.

Kennedy may be getting more of a break from school than planned, she'll be thrilled...me, not so much.
